In the statement, pursuant to Article 6(2) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010;

Further, as declared in Article 189(c);

“The government at either level shall liaise with government at the other level for the purpose of exchanging information, coordinating policies and administration and enhancing capacity”

Therefore in relation to the above, the chairperson should inquire into and respond on;

  1. The effects of usage of transformer oil in human health.
  2. The role the department has in respect to above Articles of the Constitution in regard to vandalism of the said transformers, safety and security of the people.
