1. – On. The Launching of machines by the Department of Roads and Public Works
   1. - On how the County Government is prepared to manage El-nino and its effects.
   3. - Seek a statement from the Chairperson Trade, Tourism and Cooperatives Committee on the Management of Cooperatives. A Case of Gesonso and Kemera Coffee farmers Co-operatives where mismanagement of resources has created rivalry and closure of Gesonso Coffee farmers Co-operatives.
   4. - Seek a statement from the Chairperson Land, Urban Planning and Housing Committee on Manga Market. The market was never completed, trade is done under high voltage electricity and the market has never been handed over to the County Government. The Chairperson to clarify on the Status of the Contract and why it has not been handed over to the County Government.
   5. - Seek a statement from the Chairperson Education, ICT, and Vocational Training on the Management of Youth Polytechnics. Why they have not been handed over to the County Government and shade light on the legislative policies guiding them.
   6. - Seek a statement from the Chairperson Health Services Committee on the Policies guiding the management of Health Facilities and their   Boards and report on the Status of the Nyamira County Health Care Act passed in the Assembly.
   7. - Seek a statement from the Chairperson Land, Urban Planning and Housing Committee on the demarcation of markets in the county, opening of backstreets and the fencing of markets. What has the County Government through its department of Lands and Housing done to ensure this is done?
   8. - Seek a statement from the Chairperson Public Administration Committee on the operationalization of the Sub County and Ward Administrators offices. What measures has the County Government taken to ensure that these offices are operational?

1. - Seek a Statement from the Chairperson on Energy, Environment, Water and Natural Resources Committee on waste management of Factories. A Case of Gianchore Tea Factory which has caused a health hazard to the people of the community.

MOTION ON ESTABLISHMENT OF A RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL CENTRE AT MANGA

Mr. Speaker Sir,

Aware that Nyamira County lacks essential infrastructure both in roads network and recreation; Further aware that Manga ridge can be a tourist attraction site;

I urge this Honorable House to approve this Motion that the County Government to set aside funds to develop a recreational and cultural centre to boost revenue output and sell our County Internationally.
